SUPPORT
Connect with confidence.
Get setup help, report a problem, or flag community content. Fuji Recipe Studio is being prepared for iPhone; iPad is not part of the launch support commitment yet.
Pre-release notice
The verified public support email, operator identity, address, and applicable phone number must be supplied before this page can be published for App Store review.
Connect a camera
- Use a data-capable USB cable. Many charging cables cannot carry camera data.
- Follow the connection mode shown in the app for reading or writing custom recipes.
- For Studio rendering, keep the camera powered on and connected in USB RAW Conversion mode until the queue finishes.
If the camera is not detected
- Unlock the iPhone and reconnect both ends of the cable.
- Confirm that the camera is using the requested USB connection mode and is not already connected to another app.
- Try a known data cable, remove any unpowered adapter, then relaunch the app.
Verified models
X-H2S, X-H2, X-T5, X-T50, X100VI, and X-E5 are verified. Other cameras may be detected, but recipe writing and Studio rendering have not been verified for them.
Report an issue
- For a technical problem, include the camera model and firmware, iPhone model, iOS version, the step that failed, and any error message. Do not attach private photographs unless requested.
- When community recipes launch, use the in-app Report action to flag offensive, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content. Reports are reviewed and actioned through the moderation process.
- A public reporting email is pending and must be configured before launch.
